Race 1: TAB Highway Handicap 1600m

Newtown Bluebag (1st) settled towards the rear, peeled out in the straight, hit the line well late to score. Fastquest (2nd) settled on the rails in the run midfield, ran on well late. Fui San (3rd) sat outside the leader, let down well to sprint clear, knocked up late.

 

Race 2: 2018 ATC Membership Sprint 1000m

Pendeloque (1st) had a lovely run just off the speed, peeled out and has got the job done. From Within (2nd) settled towards the rear, ran on late but couldn’t catch the winner. Kennedy (3rd) had a tough run in transit and has battled on well in the straight.

 

Race 3: TAB Handicap 2400m

Cordero (1st) settled last off a strong tempo, has really knuckled down strongly late to get up, flying. Waking Moment (2nd) had a nice run and broke clear on straightening, looked the winner but knocked up late. Rock on Ivy (3rd) settled at the rear and ran on well late.

 

Race 4: Book Summer Hospitality Today Handicap 1200m

Tip Top (1st) sat on the speed and was clearly headed in the straight but has fought back late to score. Reach for Heaven (2nd) sat wide on speed, hit the lead clearly 200m out before knocking up late. Thaad (3rd) made steady ground along the rails late.

 

Race 5: TAB Rewards Handicap 1200m

Kawaikini (1st) made steady ground along the rails in the run, gap appeared in the straight and let down well and has held on, had the perfect run. Machinegun Jubs (2nd) had a lovely run in transit, ran on in the straight but the winner was too strong. Leami Astray (3rd) sat on the speed and battled on well enough.

 

Race 6: Maroubra Mile 1600m

 

Dreamforce (1st) sat on the speed, showed a great turn of foot to put them away in the straight, got tired late but held on. Morton’s Fork (2nd) settled towards the rear, ran on strongly late to just miss. Liapari (3rd) settled last and made ground in the straight.

 

Race 7: #Theraces Handicap 1400m

Voilier (1st) settled towards the rear and has ran on strongly late to score. Samadoubt (2nd) led and dashed clear, looked the winner before knocking up strongly late. Eusebio (3rd) sat behind the speed and battled away in the straight.

 

Race 8: ATC Owners Benefit Card Handicap 1400m

Sugar Bella (1st) had a lovely run in transit just off the speed, let down strongly in the straight to put them away, very nice type. Aquatic (2nd) and Ghostly (3rd) both ran on late from midfield.

 

Race 9: TAB.com.au Handicap 1800m

Emperor’s Way (1st) had a lovely run on the rails midfield, when a gap appeared in the straight, showed a nice turn of foot to put them away. Atlantic Fox (2nd) had a nice run in transit, hit the lead, battled on well. Gamblestown (3rd) ran on late from the rear.
