We bet into one race on Tuesday with Bless Her winning for a small profit. On Wednesday Taksu came off the canvas to win for us, but Hibiscus Lady was a good thing beaten in an unlucky close 2nd at $5.50, whilst Bolshoi Lady also ran a close 2nd at $9. Was a good day Thursday with Smart Princess winning at $9.50 and Beat The Bell running 3rd at $15 from our 2 bets. Small profit on Friday with Pennino winning at $14 after being heavily backed, whilst Phaistos was a close 2nd at $3.90 and Sambro a close 3rd at $19. Saturday started well with Prometheus winning at $11, and we had a few other winners such as Ranier, Librate, Vega Magic, Humma Humma and Realm Of Flowers. But they weren't main bets, and we had some really close calls at big odds such as Nerve Not Verve a close 2nd at $26 (9u), Kabini 2nd at $16 (4.5u difference), Brave Song 2nd at $16 (1.8u difference), whilst Milwaukee also went down in a very close 3 way photo at $14 (7u). We made a 2u profit on Saturday but were very close to a much bigger day and I was pleased with how we bet overall. Luckless on Sunday. Beethoven should have won at $7 but was held up most of the straight, and Smarty got too far back while they crawled in front.  Important to note that we had 2 winners at 100% fixed Smart Princess $9.50 ($11 BOB and $14.25 BFSP) and Prometheus $11 ($13.70 BOB and $15.50 BFSP). If you miss a price on a 100% fixed runner it is definitely worth switching to BOB. In fact many members report backing all selections regardless of advice at BOB, BFSP or monitoring prices late, and our testing confirms negligible difference in betting selections for example simply at BOB for all Metro & Provincial racing. We are giving consideration to switching all bets simply to 0% fixed, and will advise when a decision is made.
